Russo’s architecture group offers a full range of architectural services which works in a design-build capacity with the owners selected construction group, to help streamline the project duration while also continuing to pursue cost-saving recommendations and strategies to ensure flawless delivery processes.

Development

From the overall site selection and acquisition to construction, and through the final move in of customers’ new facility.

Interior Design

From the initial client meeting through occupancy, our specialists in programming, space planning, and interior design work with our clients to identify their design goals, schedule requirements, and budgetary parameters. Our interior design staff can handle all FF & E selections and purchasing to meet the demands of the project. Other services include contract documents, furniture selection and specifications, custom millwork, ADA compliance review.

Prototype Development

Developing the prototype is the physical process of making the facility happen. It includes layout and design, the preparation of working drawings, bids and contract awards, construction and project supervision, specification and purchase of FFE, specification and procurement of POS and related systems, logo and graphics, preparation of a detailed marketing plan, selection of uniforms, development accounting, and other activities required to go from a great idea to a great facility. This is the time when you establish the culture of the project which will influence the working climate of the business for years. It is also the time when you first present yourself to the public and gain that all-important first impression.

Construction Management

During construction, B. Russo Designs will provide reviews of progress in relation to the project schedule and adherence to design intent. Additionally, per owners request, we provide continual project management of the construction process, with weekly construction meetings, management of all project information, requests for Information, requests for proposals, design documents, proposed changes, meeting minutes, shop drawings, approval log information and correspondence. This is B. Russo Designs policy on projects, to develop and, more importantly, implement a detailed quality assurance program, tailored specifically for each client project working closely with the owners' general contractor.

Visualization Studio

B. Russo Designs in-house visualization studio was created to support all of our customer’s visualization and mix media needs. This group offers a wide range of Photorealistic 3-D renderings, fly through animations, interactive media, and graphics.

Strategic Consulting

B. Russo Designs provides pre-design, pre-construction feasibility, and strategic planning services. By working closely with the client in an advisory capacity to understand the client's business and assist in long-range facility planning and consulting to determine the best use of the client's capital and resources. The results are a detailed feasibility study, including facility and real estate options, budgeting, scheduling, and other critical planning elements. It also includes an implementation plan recommending the delivery methodology that best suits the client's overall objectives.
